The Finance Manager will take charge of overseeing and managing the financial operations and reporting of the company, including annual budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in healthcare accounting, ledger oversight, consolidations, and advanced Excel capabilities. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position is required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations, including monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and guidance on decision-making issues impacting the company (such as growth, new markets, and evaluating potential partnerships, employee benefits, retirement plans, and investments).
  • Implement and manage financial controls and procedures, ensuring the company's financial systems are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth.
  • Lead and coordinate the preparation of financial statements, reports, special analyses, and information reports.
  • Manage and oversee ledger activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Handle healthcare accounting matters in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Lead the financial consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data, create financial models for decision support, and streamline financial reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand and support strategic business needs and provide financial solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management roles, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial planning software.
  • Experience in healthcare accounting and ledger management.
  • Knowledge of financial consolidation processes and related accounting standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling and report creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
