Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales, marketing, and business development strategies. They'll work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to meet sales targets and develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track business details after each sales conversation.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute an annual sales strategy.
  • Contact all accounts within the territory as per sales strategy.
  • Conduct client visits to identify opportunities and develop relationships.
  • Coordinate lunch and learn sessions with customers and members of the Architectural & Design community.
  • Assist clients to set specification requirements based on the latest product knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education.
  • 5-7 years full-cycle sales experience.
  • Proven record of overachieving sales quotas.

This role involves remote work with occasional time spent in the office or manufacturing environment. Travel may be required throughout the year, mostly within North America and/or local area.
