About STARLUX Airlines Co Ltd

We are a brand-new airline from Taipei Taiwan, creating a new opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Passenger Sales Representative. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service, with excellent leadership skills and a strong ability to multitask.

Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and programs;
  • Liaise with Taiwan Headquarters' revenue management team and other relevant departments to launch activities and events per sales plan;
  • Acquire sales leads to promote awareness of STARLUX products;
  • Maintain relationships with existing agents and visit potential agents to prospect for new business;

Main Responsibilities:

  • Represent Company at product seminars to local agents;
  • Manage corporate accounts and key customers;
  • Develop network of contacts with the travel industry, corporations, local hotels, government officials, clubs, and schools;
  • Research, gather and report the latest developments in the airline industry;
  • Handle payment and expense reimbursement arrangements for joint campaigns with trade partners;
  • Support digital marketing/online sales duties as necessary;
  • Have a car and a valid driver's license: is able to travel and meet with potential leads and clients throughout the work day;
Requirements
  • Excellent leadership, multitasking, communication, and coordination skills;
  • Able to react quickly, solve problems, and be a team player;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • L-legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship;
  • Bilingual is a plus;
