Your Role:
As a Financial Accountant, you will be instrumental in overseeing financial transactions, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, and enhancing the overall financial stability of our organization. You will report directly to the Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct month-end closing activities, including posting journal entries and performing account reconciliations across various areas such as Payroll, Prepaids, Fixed Assets, Commissions, Accruals, and Intercompany transactions.
  • Ensure consistent and timely bookkeeping across entities in alignment with US GAAP and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing month-end reporting packages and flux analysis, investigate discrepancies, and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Support the financial statement consolidation process and collaborate with the FP&A team on month-end management reporting.
  • Provide ad hoc assistance for technical accounting and aid global accounting teams in resolving accounting, control, or audit challenges.
  • Engage in accounting transformation initiatives and value collaboration by addressing ad-hoc requests.

What You Bring:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. A CPA license or progress towards obtaining one is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in a dynamic environment, ideally with a blend of public accounting and industry experience. SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in US GAAP and the ability to translate accounting guidance into practical policy.
  • Experience with Netsuite.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while focusing on high-risk areas and resolving issues.
  • Advanced spreadsheet capabilities, with comfort in analyzing large datasets to draw informed conclusions.
