Real Estate Closing Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Closing Coordinator to join our team at a mid-size law firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for tracking the pre-closing process and communicating with all parties involved in the transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of purchase and refinance files from intake to closing.
- Work closely with teammates to deliver exceptional service and a seamless closing experience to our clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact and communication for agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers.
- Ensure all necessary documents for closing are obtained, ordered, or drafted to meet contract terms and ensure clear title.
- Maintain up-to-date software files with communication, status updates, and notes.
- Coordinate and schedule closings with all parties involved.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a real estate closing paralegal or equivalent.
- Exceptional email and writing skills, a professional and friendly manner, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for delivering high-quality service with a positive attitude.
- Outstanding customer service skills, including the ability to de-escalate concerns of agents, buyers, and sellers.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
