Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Design and execute high-volume recruitment programs that attract entrepreneurial real estate agents while addressing the hiring needs across MSRE’s business units and corporate functions
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through partnerships with industry networks, real estate schools, and professional organizations, serving the company's broad hiring needs
  • Develop recruitment strategies that communicate MSRE’s unique value proposition, showcasing growth potential, autonomy, and resources for agents and employees in diverse roles.


Leadership & Remote Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a cross-company talent acquisition team skilled in sourcing and engaging independent contractors as well as candidates for corporate and operational roles.
  • Cultivate a team culture of autonomy, accountability, and collaboration, supporting alignment with MSRE’s business goals and values across all hiring areas.


Set and Raise the Bar

  • Establish and maintain a high standard of excellence across all recruitment and retention practices, ensuring the talent experience aligns with MSRE’s commitment to quality
  • Define performance benchmarks and metrics for successful recruitment and retention, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance across agents, corporate roles, and support teams.
  • Implement best practices in recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience, creating a seamless and supportive journey for everyone joining MSRE.


Retention and Engagement Initiatives

  • Develop tailored engagement and retention programs to foster a sense of community and career development, with nuance that supports the independent contractor model for real estate agents.
  • Implement strategies that reward and recognize performance and ensure retention for both agent and corporate team members.
  • Use feedback mechanisms and engagement surveys to continually enhance the experience of agents and employees, refining retention efforts to suit each team’s specific needs.


Technology & Systems Integration

  • Oversee the management and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and explore additional technologies that enhance the sourcing and onboarding experience across all business units.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor recruitment metrics and assess engagement trends company-wide, making data-informed adjustments for continuous improvement.


Key Qualifications:


Experience & Expertise:

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven ability to recruit and retain 1099 sales consultants, leaders, and employees across various functions in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success in creating talent strategies supporting independent contractors and employees, particularly in real estate or similarly dynamic industries.
  • Skilled in leading remote teams, fostering alignment, and achieving high performance across decentralized recruitment functions.


Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in ATS platforms and HR technology, with experience in system selection, optimization, and vendor management that supports diverse recruitment needs.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics, with the ability to track and report on recruitment metrics across business units.
