Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our team at Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group, Inc.
Responsibilities- Provide technology support for users and the organization, including troubleshooting for internal business applications and software, hardware, and networking technology.
- Support new hire onboarding, including setup new hire profiles, imaging computer, workstation setup, and train on the tech support process.
- Respond to user requests (IT tickets) in accordance with SLAs for service, troubleshoot problems, and follow through to resolution.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience in tech support for workstations, laptops, physical hardware support, Windows 10/11, and M365 apps.
- Ability to stand, walk, and handle weights of 10-50 lbs.
- Requires good hand-eye coordination, overall, physically dexterity and visual acuity to use keyboard, operate equipment, and read technical information.
- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
