Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Project Manager to join our Store Operations team. The successful candidate will lead the development of communication, instructional job aides, and tools to ensure stores are setup to successfully execute store operations initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage store teams and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build expertise across store operational procedures, RCC communication, HR, and Learning & Development.
- Lead project management efforts to deliver projects within established budget and timeline.
- Monitor store and field feedback, research and answer questions, and identify issues that require resolution.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Business, Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail environment with strong understanding of retail processes and procedures.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Project management experience and ability to work effectively in a team or independently.

Working Conditions:
The position requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.
