Overview

**Job Title:** Senior Manager International Tax

This role is a hybrid position, with 2 days a week spent in the Denton, Texas Support Center.

**Essential Functions:**

* Manage US International tax and all foreign tax matters for the Company.

**Primary Duties:**

* 35% Oversee the US International compliance process.
* 25% Manage global arms length transfer pricing and documentation.
* 15% Manage service providers for foreign tax compliance.
* 10% Participate in special projects and tax planning.
* 5% Ensure accurate foreign income tax provision and tax balance sheet account reconciliation.
* 5% Manage US International and foreign income tax audits.
* 5% Mentor and develop a broad knowledge base with respect to US International and foreign tax matters among tax team associates.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting preferred.
* CPA designation preferred.
* 7+ years of direct International Income Tax experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Four years of experience managing others and leading a team.

* Ability to work with other departments within the organization and proactively seek solutions or suggest improvements.

**Working Conditions /Physical Requirements:**

* The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles.
* The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
* The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc.
