Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and administering projects through all phases of design, construction, and post-construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
  • Site Management: Expertise in site logistics, including layout, access, and coordination of contractors and suppliers.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, tasks, and deliverables, addressing any deviations and ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project progress.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the construction industry or related fields, demonstrating a grasp of project management principles.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, decision-making skills, and technical proficiency in project management software.
