Role Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Senior IT Support Specialist to enhance our technical support team. This role is pivotal in managing the initial response to support inquiries submitted through our corporate ticketing system. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional assistance for end-user IT requests, focusing on both hardware and software issues within a Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016+ framework.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exemplary technical and customer support to all users.
2. Monitor and manage IT support tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
3. Facilitate software and hardware upgrades and updates.
4. Assist in the administration of cloud-based VoIP phone systems.
5. Oversee user account management and third-party application integration.
6. Maintain and enhance IT documentation, including asset tracking and knowledge management systems.
7. Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Windows-based environment.
- A college degree, IT certification, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
