Clinical Account Executive

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Account Executive - Home Health to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for marketing our home health services to doctors' offices, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities in Rutherford and Bedford counties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company financial and market share goals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, health facilities, and other customers
- Conduct in-services, presentations, and educational luncheons to promote our home health care services
- Coordinate and complete on-site discharge planning when needed
- Design a regular schedule of visits to all referral sources in the geographically defined market area
Requirements:
- Current licensed LPN or RN in the state of employment
- At least 2 years healthcare, home health, hospice sales experience
- Licensed clinical experience is preferred
- Established community relationships/connections/referrals
- Excellent people and relationship skills
- Strong ability to present and effectively communicate
- Ability to work well independently as well as in groups
