Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire and retain high-value clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their banking needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead the loan acquisition and structuring process, working closely with credit administration and underwriting departments.
- Manage and expand existing client relationships through proactive outreach and communication.
- Monitor and analyze credit portfolio performance, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial banking, with a focus on business development, loan structuring, and portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including loan documentation and credit analysis.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
