Salary:

$60,000 - $70,000 at plan annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in tailored outreach to prospective clients through warm calls, utilizing existing relationships and referrals to build connections and create business opportunities.
  • Guide clients in obtaining quotes, renewing policies, and updating existing coverage through expert consultation.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with key industry contacts to stay updated on industry standards, insurance products, rates, coverages, policies, and carriers to effectively support clients and the service team.
  • Provide thorough responses to client inquiries regarding policy specifics, billing issues, coverage details, and rate modifications to ensure complete clarity.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential for this position.
  • Strong analytical skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, and excellent follow-up abilities are vital for success.
  • A minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience in the insurance sector will also be considered.
  • While prior experience in the insurance industry is beneficial, it is not mandatory as suitable candidates will receive thorough training.
