The Bond & Specialty Insurance Underwriting Internship Program is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience and learn about the property and casualty insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the underwriting process, gathering and researching information to evaluate business and institutional risk
- Develop analytical and marketing skills, working closely with agents and clients to manage a profitable portfolio of business
- Participate in project work, completing challenging and meaningful assignments under the guidance of a designated coach
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management/Insurance
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
