Job Title: Marketing Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Outreach Coordinator to join our team at Vimerse InfoTech Inc. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing referral relationships and educating referral sources and the community about our unique offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop referral relationships primarily in the field, focusing on eligible referrals, and drive business growth by articulating the benefits of our private duty homecare model.
  • Educate and Inform: Educate referral sources and the community about the referral process and our company's unique offerings, and stay informed about local industry trends.
  • Develop New Relationships: Develop new referral relationships as outlined in the Marketing Action Plan to meet business growth goals, and maintain a deep understanding of our private duty homecare model.
  • Generate Reports: Generate required reports and documentation of sales activities, including Weekly Schedule and Sales Call Activity Log, within set timelines.
  • Assist in Digital Marketing: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives like PPC, SEO, and Social Media to increase traffic and generate leads.
  • Understand and Communicate: Understand and communicate competitive differentiators, and develop a marketing action plan based on community needs and measurable goals.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all information related to employees, clients, and their families, and perform other functions as assigned by management.
