We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Liaison to join our team at Comfort Keepers Anoka and White Bear Lake. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering connections with targeted referral sources within the senior care industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, senior living facilities, and community organizations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to promote growth and expansion of our services.
- Represent Comfort Keepers at community events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing our mission, values, and services.
- Meet with prospective clients and families to discuss non-medical Comfort Keepers services and develop personalized plans of care.
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure the highest quality of care and services are delivered to our clients.
- 1-3 years of experience in community outreach, sales, or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and professional business image.
- Previous caregiving experience or a degree in a related field is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel throughout our service area, including Anoka, White Bear Lake, and Chisago offices.
