Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our executive team in managing various special projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the executive team on various special projects.
  • Develop and maintain a system or database to store information for audits and other purposes.
  • Ensure all projects are completed with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with reporting and documentation review.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
