Job Summary:

STG Logistics is seeking a skilled Field Dispatcher to play a critical role in the smooth operation of field activities. As a Field Dispatcher, you will be responsible for dispatching work assignments, ensuring compliance with scheduling, and maintaining effective communication with both transportation supervision and operations specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch work assignments to field personnel, ensuring they are properly allocated and executed.
  • Drive compliance with the schedule by monitoring and addressing late board issues promptly.
  • Maintain effective communication with transportation supervision to ensure drivers execute assignments successfully.
  • Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed and marked as finished daily.
  • Communicate effectively with operations specialists to support their needs and maintain seamless field operations.
  • Provide primary phone and Google Voice coverage, being the main point of contact for communication.

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle staggered start times and hourly dispatch requirements effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and dispatch work assignments efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills to monitor and address late board compliance.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with transportation supervision and operations specialists.
  • Proactive and responsive approach to ensure timely task completion.
  • Proficiency in using phone and Google Voice for communication purposes.
