About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team at Pattern Promotions. As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of promotional events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clear understanding of event objectives and timelines.
  • Help manage event budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate records for post-event analysis.
  • Support the events team on-site, ensuring smooth operations during events and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of event planning and project management tools, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
