Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of leadership, team management, and operational excellence
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Preferred Requirements
  • College degree in business, hospitality, or related field
  • Health and fitness operations experience
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office
  • Background in the military is beneficial
Compensation and Benefits
This is a salaried position with a competitive salary range of $61,500 to $86,100, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this role is eligible for bonuses based on performance metrics. Life Time Fitness offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a fully subsidized membership, discounts on products and services, 401(k) retirement savings plan, training and professional development, and paid sick leave.
