Director of Customer Experience

At GKD Enterprises LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Customer Experience to lead our Learning Center team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and developing effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage day-to-day center operations to ensure a consistent and quality educational experience for customers
- Lead and coach center staff to achieve sales and expense financial targets
- Monitor and track center performance, profit and loss controls, revenues, expenses, and fee collection
- Develop and implement marketing and sales activities to drive new enrollments
Requirements:
- Four-year degree required
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience; retail sales experience preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office and other standard business applications used by the center
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively use customer service and consultative sales skills to establish and build relationships
