Job Summary

LanceSoft is seeking a highly skilled Technology Operations Manager to join our Executive Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technology support to our senior managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a single point of contact for all IT-related issues to senior management
  • Troubleshoot desktop technologies and mobile devices
  • Coordinate technology service offerings available via the firm
  • Field non-standard technology requests
  • Communicate scheduled outages and planned system upgrades

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of experience in the technology service space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in fast-paced/financial services environment preferred

  • Windows Desktop (Windows 10)
  • Active Directory skills
  • PowerShell Scripting skills
  • Wireshark
  • Splunk
