Cynosureuse Hospitality Solutions LLC is on the lookout for a Senior Customer Service Representative to manage and nurture relationships with our valued clients. This role involves overseeing customer orders, coordinating freight requests, and negotiating competitive market rates.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Track customer freight to pinpoint issues and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Suggest modifications as freight volumes change.
  • Utilize various technologies to assess service challenges and identify effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, teams, and clients.
  • Supervise call center representatives and evaluate call performance.
  • Conduct follow-ups on call center interactions.
  • Execute additional call center tasks as required.
  • Compile performance reports for the call center.
  • Provide daily statistics on call center activities.
  • Support the call center operations.
  • Promote services to clients who reach out to the call center.
  • Maintain the call center database by documenting each interaction.
  • Assist call center agents with escalated inquiries.
  • Offer backup management for the call center.
  • Plan for advancements in call center technologies.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers.
  • Communicate call center performance insights to management.
  • Lead a high-performing call center team.
  • Oversee daily operations of the call center.
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding their accounts.
  • Document call outcomes and maintain the call center database.
  • Establish readiness protocols for inbound calls.
  • Process customer transactions within a call center setting.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Preferred: One year of experience in customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient typing skills with speed and accuracy.
  • Access to a computer, laptop, or mobile device capable of meeting data entry standards.
  • Familiarity with basic data processing software such as Microsoft Word or Open Office.
  • Willingness to learn basic Google Docs if necessary.
  • Motivated and friendly, with the ability to collaborate with team members and occasionally engage with customers via email.
  • Ability to conduct online research as needed.
  • Capable of independently managing tasks with integrity.
  • Occasional involvement in customer billing processes may be required.
