About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Brick Staffing, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Lead a team of site managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
