Job Requirements: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Planning Manager to join our team at Shaw Construction. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, working closely with our marketing, pre-construction, and operations teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Your primary responsibility will be to create detailed project plans, utilizing your expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling software, including Primavera and ASTA. You will also lead critical path analysis, providing guidance to direct reports and ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders, including subcontractors, Owners, and Clients.

You will possess a strong analytical mind, enabling you to identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvement. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to effectively communicate with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $160,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience, plus bonus commensurate with individual performance, company performance, and experience. To excel in this role, you will require a four-year college degree and at least five years of building construction experience. A strong background in CPM scheduling software, including Primavera and ASTA, is essential. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
