Job Description

The successful candidate will participate in project planning, ensuring efficient, safe, and economical form systems are incorporated into project design. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare formwork/framework drawings, incorporating information from project drawings, bulletins, sketches, RFI responses, and shop drawings provided by other trades. Additionally, they will coordinate drawing submittals with customers, support project teams in establishing sequential steps involved in all processes, and work closely with teams to monitor safety, cost, and scheduling of construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with completed coursework in computer-aided drafting/building information modeling or equivalent experience. They must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and vendors, and possess the ability to read and understand drawings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or relevant area of education; or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of two years' work experience supporting similar key responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Completed coursework in computer-aided drafting/building information modeling or equivalent experience.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000 per annum, based on experience. Applications submitted without a resume will not be considered.
