What You'll Be Doing at ABC as a BCBA Clinical Director:
  • Lead the Clinical Team: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to make important decisions regarding the center's operations
  • Mentor and Inspire: Engage, mentor, and inspire our team of BCBAs and RBTs while handling a client caseload of 3 patients
  • Clinical Quality Training and Compliance: Ensure we provide TOP-notch clinical excellence at your center
  • Assessments and Treatment Plans: Complete initial and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools and create individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Client Care: Provide 15+ treatment hours per week with your clients and provide Family Guidance on a consistent basis
  • Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Collaborate and problem-solve with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values
  • Intakes and Discharge Planning: Assist with intakes, as well as discharge and transition planning for clients
What You'll Bring to ABC as a BCBA Clinical Director:
  • BCBA Certification: Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with at least 3 years of experience after BCBA certification
  • Passion for ASD: A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
