  • Brand Development: Develop and execute strategies that strengthen the practice's brand, patient engagement, and market positioning.
  • Compliance: Ensure all business development activities adhere to healthcare regulations and compliance standards, mitigating risks for the practice.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of success in driving business growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
