About the Role

BioStem Technologies is seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and access through strategic contracting and relationship-building with key regional buying groups, IDNs, multi-hospital systems, and GPOs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth within existing contracted business
  • Negotiate and implement contractual agreements with key regional buying groups, IDNs, multi-hospital systems, and GPOs
  • Work with the Commercial Team to identify and execute strategies to grow product and drive compliance within contractual relationships
  • Develop and foster relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within key contracted and targeted entities
  • Prepare, analyze, negotiate, and implement contract solutions, terms, conditions, compliance, and metrics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years related experience in medical device industry
  • 3-5 years of experience in medical device contracting and/or national account management
  • Extensive experience working with IDNs and GPOs in the US
  • Demonstrated success at driving revenue growth through IDN and GPO contract negotiation and management
  • Strong relationships and references in key IDNs and GPOs
  • Fluency in medical terminology
  • Strong understanding of reimbursement and medical insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial
  • Demonstrated leadership and change management skills
  • Track record of delivering results through a collaborative style
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Highly developed organizational and planning skills
  • Knowledgeable in the reimbursement and appeals processes, and regarding medical policy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to present and articulate effectively to individuals on all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Capable of wearing numerous hats typically required within an emerging company
Compensation
  • Base: $150k-$180k
  • Variable: $50k
  • Total Comp: $200-$230k
Location
  • Territory Parameters: United States
  • Acceptable Candidate Location: Must live close to an airport, ideally EST
  • Travel requirements: 50%-60%
