Commercial Insurance Relationship Manager

About the Role:
The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business, and ensuring seamless delivery of services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.
- Conduct market research and provide recommendations to clients on optimal coverage solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to remain knowledgeable and provide expert advice.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
