Senior Commercial Account Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Insurance Search Specialists. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, providing expert advice, and handling various tasks to support new and renewal business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding coverage, eligibility, and compliance issues; prepare and process endorsements as needed.
- Analyze client data for new and renewal business, including conducting market comparisons and obtaining quotes; strategize with senior-level executives to recommend optimal coverage solutions.
- Provide marketing and new business development support, prepare presentations and proposals, and participate in client meetings.
- Manage personal book of business, including marketing efforts, and policy analysis to prepare renewal options.
- Negotiate with carriers to secure the best premiums, commissions, and coverage for clients.
- Assist in maintaining the Agency Management System and other data systems as needed.
- Collaborate effectively across teams to enhance service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
- Remain informed on industry trends, new products, and legislative changes to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance, specifically in Commercial Lines.
- Full knowledge of Property Casualty lines of coverage and services.
- Proficient with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in both team environments and independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
