Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Quality Specialist to join our team at PeopleShare. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough visual and tactile inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Identify and report any defects or issues with products
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements and resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality control or inspection role
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
