Manufacturing Quality Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Quality Specialist to join our team at PeopleShare. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough visual and tactile inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identify and report any defects or issues with products
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements and resolve issues
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality control or inspection role
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
