Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes $17.50 per hour + $2.00 shift differential, plus generous benefits such as medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k).


Job Responsibilities

This Machine Operator role involves continuously checking for print and seam quality, removing defective material, and splicing rolls back together according to specifications. You will also handle rolls and palletize them carefully to prevent damage.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You should be able to perform basic math operations to calculate label counts and conversions.
  • Ability to use simple Windows-based applications.
  • The physical demands require standing, using hands to finger, feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. This position requires frequent walking. Occasionally you may need to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. You must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
