Job Opportunity

Bramante Homes is a custom builder that has been collaborating closely with clients in Charlottesville and the Shenandoah Valley since 1978. We believe that our clients' experience building with us is as important as the final product.

We are currently seeking a Residential Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work daily with our trade partners, code officials, team members, and clients throughout the construction and warranty process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of custom home construction, including allocating company resources, coordinating with trade partners, and maintaining daily communication with contractors and suppliers.
  • Provide regular communication with homeowners to inform them of progress and update job logs daily.
  • Verify, approve, and code invoices for completed work, track and report on construction costs, and review shop drawings and quotes.
  • Ensure code compliance by all trade partners, supervise onsite personnel and trade partners, and interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Negotiate with trade partners to receive reasonable change order costs and maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to the original plans and specifications.
Qualifications
  • Ability to read, understand, and explain construction blueprints, grading plans, and floor plans.
  • Ability to self-perform material takeoffs as needed and have multi-disciplinary knowledge of residential construction materials and techniques.
  • High level of service-minded professionalism with a wide range of clients and previous experience in VA and working with local agencies is a plus.
  • Must have relevant residential project management experience, be well-organized and detail-oriented, and familiar with construction management software Co-Construct.
  • Strong proven leadership and negotiation qualities with a focus on attention to detail and previous experience with project management software is a must.
