We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our Commercial Construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of plumbing systems on our commercial construction projects.

• Read and interpret coordinated construction drawings for all trades.
• Complete Bill of Materials based on drawings and blueprints.
• Layout and installation of various plumbing pipes, including PVC, CPVC, black iron, copper, and brass.
• Installation of plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, urinals, sinks, hoods, drains, and vents.
• Lead and train field staff.
• Develop exceptional customer relationships.
• Communicate effectively, both written and orally.
• Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate equipment as needed on site.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email.
• Understanding of technology, including iPad, iPhone, and applications.
• Knowledge of steam systems.
• Journeyman or Master Card.

• $28 - $38/hr. based on experience and skill set.
