We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Apartment Community Manager to join our team at Windigrove, an apartment community in Waynesboro, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring high-quality service to our residents, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial management and budgeting for the property
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents
  • Supervising safety and maintenance operations
  • Maintaining accurate and organized tenant files
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Managerial or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management software a plus
  • Knowledge of LIHTC/Affordable Housing programs a plus
