About the Role

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at Webflow, you will play a critical role in empowering our customers to create incredible experiences for the web. Your primary responsibility will be to provide consistently high-quality customer experiences for all Webflow customers.

You will be responsible for helping self-serve customers solve technical issues over email, as well as assisting Enterprise customers with debugging technical issues via email and outbound phone calls. Additionally, you will file bugs, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the team to provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-touch customer support over email and live chat
  • Help customers troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues
  • File bugs and troubleshoot issues
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering during incidents and outages

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist who possesses a deep understanding of Webflow products or has experience with other web design tools or platforms. You should have demonstrated experience with providing high-touch customer support over email and live chat in SAAS or technical customer service.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience with providing high-touch customer support over email and live chat
  • Deep understanding of Webflow products or experience with other web design tools or platforms
  • Strong analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills for technical troubleshooting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new digital tools quickly
