Nurse Practitioner Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating home face-to-face hospice recertification visits.
- Tracking patients' health statuses and relaying updates to the clinical team.
- Adhering to and documenting physicians' orders accurately.
- Carrying out patient assessments as required.
Compensation Details:
The compensation rate for this role is projected to be approximately $100 per hour based on general industry trends and regional considerations.
Key Qualifications:
