Tenure-track Professor of Business Law

Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a pioneer in pedagogical innovation, seeks a tenure-track or tenured faculty member to join our esteemed faculty. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in business and transactional law, with a focus on either commercial or corporate law.
Key Responsibilities- Teach across multiple modalities, including in-person classes, synchronous online classes, and our innovative blended learning program.
- Contribute to our existing centers and institutes, including the Center for Law and Business, the Dispute Resolution Institute, the Health Law Institute, the Institute to Transform Child Protection, the Intellectual Property Institute, and the Native American Law and Sovereignty Institute.
Candidates must hold a J.D. or foreign equivalent degree.

Mitchell Hamline School of Law is located in an historic area of Saint Paul, on the Indigenous homelands of the Dakota Oyate. Our law school is surrounded by a diverse array of cultural and artistic attractions, including the Penumbra and Fitzgerald theaters, and is within walking distance of the Minneapolis Institute of Art and the Walker Art Center.
