About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Desk Lead to join our team at Signalbase Inc. As a key member of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) service, you will be responsible for leading our Service Desk team and ensuring seamless end-user support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
