**About the Job:**

The Anderson Agency is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to help clients navigate their life and health insurance needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing personalized solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their life and health insurance needs
  • Policy Analysis: Analyze clients' insurance requirements and present customized policy options
  • Application Support: Assist clients with insurance application processing and ensure timely submission and approval
  • Account Management: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their concerns and questions

**Salary Range:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year
