Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate/Trainer

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate recorded and/or live calls and chats to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to management to help meet departmental goals.
  • Develop and maintain effective product training curriculum to create a culture of continuous learning.
  • Guide training for new and existing employees, focusing on building strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of computers, Microsoft applications, and the internet.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks with limited supervision.
