Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Coffee Production Manager to lead our Coda Coffee division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, including pricing and procurement, and a proven track record of success in the food and beverage manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the Coda Coffee production facilities, including inventory control, production, purchasing, warehousing, delivery, and administrative support functions.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve established goals and objectives, including sales growth and profit targets.
• Enhance customer relations through quality customer service, including adequate inventory, accurate and timely deliveries, and prompt responses to problems and concerns.
• Lead sales efforts with PFG Segment sales managers, including meeting customers, providing appropriate service levels, and meeting with sales staff at meetings and food shows.
• Represent the organization with customers, associates, vendors, the financial community, and the public.
• Direct overall supply chain management within the business to ensure attainment of departmental goals and objectives, evaluating performance of staff members for compliance with established policies and objectives of the business and their contributions in attaining those objectives.
• Oversee safety programs and quality control programs to ensure that all customer requirements are met.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge in production management in a manufacturing environment, including pricing and procurement.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including accountability for finance/accounting, operations, sales, within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization with customers, associates, vendors, the financial community, and the public.

Compensation

$160,000 - $180,000 base salary, plus 50% annual incentive potential.
