**Job Title:** Senior Recruitment Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our high-volume hiring process. This is a critical role that will oversee all phases of recruitment, from job posting to interview scheduling.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in managing the recruitment process, with a proven track record of success. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, collaborating with managers and directors to identify critical hiring criteria, and drafting detailed and accurate job descriptions.
As a Senior Recruitment Manager, you will also be responsible for:
- Relaying, role-modeling, and supporting our employer brand
- Identifying and implementing efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on industry standards and the needs of the organization
- Scheduling interviews; overseeing preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
- Assisting with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
