Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Access and Registration:
    • Answer patient inquiries and provide accurate information
    • Perform appointment scheduling and registration processes
    • Verify patient demographics and payor coverage
    • Complete check-in, check-out, admit, and discharge tasks
    • Build and maintain appointment templates
    • Communicate with patients via multiple channels
  • General Account Management:
