Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our HR staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of department procedures and the delivery of employee programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain updated employee personnel and confidential files, including electronic records and documentation.
  • Process pre-employment background checks, employee code applications, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration, including processing manual checks, ACH payments, and benefits enrollments.
  • Assist with expatriate staff support, including emergency contact lists, company loans, and tax return processes.
  • Provide general HR support, including digitization efforts, employee time and attendance system administration, and HRIS support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree desirable but not required.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of general accounting/bookkeeping principles.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of administrative support experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Concur, and Microsoft Office products strongly preferred.
