Healthcare Services Specialist

Maui Medical Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Clinical Services Specialist to join our team as a Care Manager Assistant. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless care coordination and supporting patients with complex needs. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a clinical setting and a medical assistant certificate. You will be responsible for helping PCPs and clinic staff manage high-risk patients by providing timely information on preventive screenings and tracking patient progress. Additionally, you will assist patients with referrals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to data collection and quality improvement initiatives. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
