Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement kitchen operations strategies to meet or exceed food quality and speed of service requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and high-quality food products.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to create a cohesive team within the kitchen and promote a positive work environment.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to optimize profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure kitchen staff are knowledgeable and skilled in food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor and evaluate kitchen performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality food products and efficient kitchen operations.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality food products and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
