Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement kitchen operations strategies to meet or exceed food quality and speed of service requirements.

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create a cohesive team within the kitchen and promote a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure kitchen staff are knowledgeable and skilled in food preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate kitchen performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality food products and efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food products and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
