Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough asset inventory and ensure accurate tracking of hardware.
  • Backup and restore data from old devices to new ones, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Perform hardware and software upgrades, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Test and install printers, ensuring smooth network connectivity.
  • Upgrade Microsoft Office applications to the latest versions.
  • Manage end-of-lease laptop projects, ensuring efficient disposal and recycling.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience with large-scale Windows 10 deployments.
  • Proficiency in using USMT tool or other ghosting utilities.
  • Familiarity with DHCP Server configuration and management.
  • Ability to configure static IP addresses on PCs and set up TCP/IP.
  • Experience with setting up and configuring networked printers and PCs.
  • Knowledge of drive mapping and network file sharing.
